Studybuddy – uni navigator
A learning companion app for navigating the campus and finding study groups.
As part of my last semester, this Bachelor project served as a practical group assignment within the Media Informatics curriculum. The goal: to plan, design, and implement a digital product based on real-world constraints. Unlike the written thesis, this module focused entirely on collaborative work, applied design, and technical realization. It allowed students to bring together their accumulated skills and create a tangible, portfolio-ready result.
Behind the Scenes👨🏼💻
I would like to give you a more in depth look behind the scenes of StudyBuddy. As part of the university module “Interaction design & user experience”, StudyBuddy was designed with a focus on enhancing collaborative learning on campus. The app was designed with the user centered design process by (Harper et al. 2008). On the right, you can see part of the process, this design process is way more complex than this elements show but I hope it gives you a good look on how StudyBuddy was created, and how much effort went towards it.
